BEN Holdrick, 29, of Waterloo Road, Beeston, pleaded guilty to the theft of £55.23 of food from Tesco, in Station Road, Beeston, on November 25.
He was ordered to carry out 40 hours of unpaid work within the next 12 months and to pay a £60 victim surcharge.
